Cancellation Policy:

No refund on any deposit will be paid if a hunt is cancelled within six (6) months of the Safari's commencement date. The operator will make all possible efforts to reschedule based on availability. • If a hunt is cancelled before six (6) months of the safari date, all efforts will be made to refund the full amount or part of the amount should the hunt be resold. Otherwise, if required, the hunt will be sold at a discount against the deposit already paid. • If the Safari Operator or the area cancels due to any reason, before commencement of the safari, the entire deposit will be refunded to the client. • No refunds will be made if the client leaves the safari before the scheduled completion date. • Fees paid for a specific trophy or daily rate at booking may not be credited towards any additional expense or alternative trophies.
